Job Summary:
Manipal Fintech is seeking a motivated and results-driven Gold Loan Officer to generate leads and drive gold loan sales through open market sourcing and field activities. The ideal candidate will actively engage with potential customers, explain product offerings, and convert leads into successful disbursals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through field visits, and open market activities

• Promote Manipal Fintech’s gold loan products and educate customers on features and eligibility

• Build strong customer relationships and maintain a local network for referrals

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and loan disbursement targets

• Coordinate with the branch operations team to ensure smooth processing
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in gold loan sales or field sales preferred

• Willing to travel and work in the field on a daily basis

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
