Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Gold Loan Officer to generate leads and drive gold loan sales through field activities and open market sourcing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining product benefits, and converting leads into disbursals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new customers through field visits, cold calls, and open market activities

• Promote gold loan products and explain features, benefits, and eligibility criteria

• Build and maintain relationships with local customers and influencers

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursal targets

• Coordinate with the branch team for smooth processing and customer onboarding

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred

• Experience in gold loan, financial services, or field sales is an advantage

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 6 years of experience.
