Roles & Responsibilities
· Identify new distributors /markets for Cement Sales
· Convert the identified distributors /Market into sales opportunities
· Appoint new dealer & develop the business
· Contacting potential and existing customers to pitch in & follow-up on sales
· Converting sales lead to Order
· · Build and maintain customer relationships
· Market intelligence-gather information from the market on competitor activity & market mapping
· Ensure collection as per the credit policy
· Conduct Market development and promotional activities like mason meet, Engineers’ meet, subdelaer meet to create awareness
Skills
· Ability to quickly learn about products & describe them to customers
· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
· Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve & address issues.
