Field Sales Officer

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have valid two-wheeler (bike / scooter) and a driving license

• Presentable personality, good hygiene, and professional appearance

• Good communication skills

• Ability to lead, monitor and manage manpower / security staff

• Basic administrative skills: record keeping, report writing, daily activity logs

• Ability to handle daily operations, patrols, shifts, and site coordination

• Physically fit; able to move / patrol premises, stand for long hours if needed

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of security / facility personnel

• Conduct regular patrols of facility premises to ensure safety & security

• Monitor entry & exit points; control access for visitors, staff, vehicles

• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols & standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Maintain daily activity reports, incident logs and communicate to higher management

• Assist with basic administrative tasks: shift schedules, manpower deployment, attendance, etc.

• Coordinate with facility management / higher authorities for any required actions

• Ensure the facility is clean, orderly and safe, including checking gates, locks, lights, alarms, etc.
