Shine Projects is hiring energetic Field Sales Executives to promote our ShinePoints – Reward Points Software to retail store owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch ShinePoints software to retail stores in your area

• Target: 50 store tie-ups per month (Incentives for overachievement)

• Build long-term relationships with retailers

• Report daily progress to your manager

• Work independently while staying in touch with the team

Eligibility:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Experience: Freshers welcome (0–6 months experience preferred)

• Language: Regional language fluency with basic English

Salary:

• 12th Pass: ₹2.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹19,500/month take-home) + Incentives

• Graduates: ₹3.2 LPA CTC (Approx

  ₹25,000/month take-home) + Incentives
