Job Role:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Field Officer – Sales. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start or build a career in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life insurance products to customers through field visits.

• Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Explain policy details, benefits, and features to customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the company.

• Ensure excellent customer service and support during and after the sales process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).

• Experience: 0 to 6 months (Candidates with experience in BFSI field sales will be preferred).

• Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic understanding of sales techniques.

  • Willingness to work in a field role.
