Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales & Market Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote products like cash counting machines, currency sorters, token display systems, safes, lockers, and related solutions.
Identify new business opportunities in Pune and neighboring regions, targeting banks, financial institutions, retail chains, and large businesses.
Expand market share by establishing relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Drive B2B sales efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals and revenue targets.
2. Product Expertise & Client Consultation:
Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings to provide technical guidance to customers.
Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and client training sessions.
Customize solutions based on client needs, offering tailored recommendations to enhance efficiency.
3. Marketing Leadership:
Design and implement marketing campaigns to build product awareness and attract potential clients.
Oversee branding efforts, including digital marketing, print materials, and event participation.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars to showcase products and strengthen the brand.
4. Team Leadership & Development:
Build, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and marketing professionals.
Set individual and team targets, ensuring accountability and regular performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative team culture focused on achieving company goals.
5. Client Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Regularly engage with key accounts to understand their evolving needs and secure repeat business.
Address customer concerns promptly, coordinating with technical and support teams for resolution.
6. Reporting & Data-Driven Decisions:
Monitor sales performance and market trends using CRM tools and analytics.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
Certifications in sales, product management, or marketing are advantageous.
Experience:
4–12 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in banking automation or related industries.
Proven success in managing B2B sales and leading high-performing teams.
