Job Summary
The Field Sales Officer (FSO) is responsible for driving business growth through field sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires regular field visits, effective follow-ups, and accurate reporting to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field outreach.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct daily field visits within the assigned Tehsil (up to 40 km radius).
Collect and upload visit reports, customer forms, orders, and payment details through the company mobile application (or manual reporting system).
Attend daily Google Meet review and coordination meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely service delivery.
Collect advance payments and ensure same-day deposit into the company account with complete accuracy and transparency.
Maintain professional conduct and represent the organization positively during field interactions.
Work Requirements
Territory-based field role (single assigned Tehsil).
Daily travel for field visits is mandatory.
Strong discipline in reporting, documentation, and digital tool usage.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Own smartphone required for app-based reporting.
Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility.
