Job Summary:

Swaseva Training & Consultancy is hiring energetic and target-driven Marketing / Field Executives to support customer acquisition and field marketing activities. The role involves daily customer visits, presentations, and order generation.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate

• Prior experience in any of the following will be preferred:

• Loan / Microfinance

• Paytm / Phone Pay / Google Pay

• Airtel / Vodafone Idea / Jio

• NGO or Field Marketing

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month

• Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month

• Performance Incentives: As per company policy

• Daily Bonus: ₹100 – ₹500 (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to potential customers daily.

• Deliver product/service presentations.

• Generate orders and meet assigned targets.

• Maintain daily activity reports.

• Build strong customer relationships.

Daily & Monthly Targets:

Daily:

• Minimum 40 customer visits

• Either 10 orders per day OR minimum 8 confirmed orders

• OR 25 presentations per day

Attendance Policy:

• 20 visits = Half day attendance

• Less than 20 visits = Leave

Monthly:

• Minimum 150 orders

• Minimum 1000 customer visits

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills

• Field-work readiness

• Target-oriented attitude

• Basic understanding of digital payment or financial services

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
