Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth for our plywood and aluminum/UPVC window products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients in the infrastructure, construction, lighting, and furniture industries, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field-based activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in infrastructure, construction, lighting, and furniture sectors.

• Visit clients, contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers to promote plywood, aluminium, and UPVC window products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key decision-makers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and share feedback with management.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and daily field activity logs.

• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and operations) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in field sales within building materials, construction, or furniture industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
