Field Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard potential customers in rural/semi-urban areas.

• Form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) and conduct credit appraisals.

• Facilitate loan disbursements and ensure timely collections.

• Conduct regular field visits and group meetings.

• Maintain accurate records and submit daily reports.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; Graduates preferred.

• Age: 20–28 years

• Language: Local language proficiency preferred

• Other: Two-wheeler and valid DL (preferred but not mandatory)
