Field Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular joint working with the company's Sales Officers.

• Accompany Sales Officers during daily market visits and visit their assigned shops.

• Visit and cover shops across South Delhi, North Delhi, East Delhi, and West Delhi.

• Understand the existing customer base and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other business partners.

• Identify and develop new shops and potential customers in the assigned territory.

• Generate new sales and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Promote company products and communicate product features, pricing, offers, and schemes to customers.

• Take regular orders from retailers and ensure proper follow-up until delivery.

• Monitor product availability, visibility, and stock at retail outlets.

• Collect market feedback regarding competitors, pricing, customer requirements, and market trends.

• Support the Sales Officers in improving shop coverage and sales productivity.

• Maintain daily records of shop visits, orders, sales, and market activities.

• Submit daily/weekly sales and market visit reports to the reporting manager.

• Ensure regular follow-up with customers for pending orders and payments, wherever required.

• Achieve assigned area-wise sales and outlet coverage targets.

• Be willing to travel extensively within the assigned Delhi areas.

Joint Working Requirement

The Sales Officer will be required to work jointly with the company's Sales Officers and accompany them during their market visits.

During joint working, the Sales Officer will:

• Visit the Sales Officer's assigned shops.

• Understand the route plan and customer handling process.

• Observe and support order-taking and sales activities.

• Identify opportunities for increasing sales.

• Develop new outlets along with the Sales Officer.

• Ensure maximum shop coverage across the assigned territory.

Area Coverage

The candidate must be comfortable travelling and conducting shop visits across:

• South Delhi

• North Delhi

• East Delhi

• West Delhi

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly sales achievement.

• Number of shops visited per day.

• New outlet/customer acquisition.

• Order generation.

• Outlet coverage.

• Sales growth in assigned areas.

• Customer retention and relationship management.

• Daily reporting and follow-up.

• Market and competitor feedback.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be energetic, disciplined, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work, with a strong focus on shop visits, customer relationships, sales growth, and teamwork.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
