Role: The role is to acquire new customers for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) and build channel partners to generate leads. It involves identifying potential clients, converting leads into loans, and maintaining relationships with customers and partners. Strong sales and networking skills are needed.
Responsibilities:
Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping:
Responsible for lane-to-lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals with the help of the supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated area/geography and inform the reporting manager of the progress during the team huddle.
Source Relationship Management:
Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified by him in his geography/area.
Maintain Reports:
Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in the prescribed format. Should maintain a diary on a daily basis in the prescribed format of activities.
Channel Partner Recruitment:
Responsible for identifying the need for the appointment of a channel partner
Team Huddle:
Responsible for attending team huddles on a daily basis as per the set process.
Customer Relationship Management:
Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
Completion of File:
Responsible for submission of complete application form, documentation, and information
Desired candidate profile:
1. Must be a graduate of any stream
2. Should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in BFSI sales
3. Candidates with prior experience in HL/LAP will have an added advantage
4. Open to travel, Personal Vehicle
5. Must have good communication skills
6. Good with numbers and calculations of loans and EMIs
