We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell mobile accessories such as chargers, earphones, power banks, cases, screen protectors, and other related products. The role involves visiting retail outlets, building strong relationships with dealers/distributors, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retail shops, distributors, and wholesalers regularly to generate sales.
Promote and demonstrate mobile accessory products to potential customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail outlets.
Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences.
Manage order collection, payment follow-ups, and stock availability.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in mobile accessories, electronics, or FMCG.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile accessories.
Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license (if required for the role).
