Field Sales Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle gold loan processing strictly as per company policies and guidelines

• Evaluate and verify gold ornaments for purity, weight, and eligibility

• Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers

• Ensure accurate documentation and KYC verification

• Maintain proper records of gold loans and customer details

• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships

• Ensure safe handling and storage of gold

• Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to branch growth

• Follow all compliance, security, and audit requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresher or minimum 2 years of experience in gold loan operations

• Knowledge of gold appraisal and loan procedures is mandatory for experienced candidates

• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Honest, responsible, and capable of working under company policies

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹25,000 (based on experience & performance)
