Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Deoghar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting company products/services, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and referrals.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and market trends.

• Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing and delivery.

• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Marketing, or Business preferred).

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role (freshers may also apply).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle field sales.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Proficiency in local language (Hindi) and basic English.

• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
