Field Sales Officer

Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Bihar (Multiple Districts)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Field Sales
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (in-hand) + TA + PF + Health Insurance
Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit the assigned market area daily (up to 20 km radius).

• Promote and sell company products to retailers, distributors, and influencers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure regular follow-up with clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.

• Ensure product visibility and brand awareness at retail points.

• Attend online product training sessions (2–3 days).

• Submit daily sales reports to the Team Leader.

Requirements:

• Graduate or 12th pass with relevant sales experience.

• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to work independently in the field.

• Must be ready for immediate joining.
