Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Field Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a charming personality, and a passion for selling luxury properties. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling luxury properties directly to clients. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable engaging with potential buyers and has the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct sales activities including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals for luxury properties.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Present property features, benefits, and pricing to prospective buyers in a compelling manner.
Attend meetings, events, and property showcases to network and generate leads.
Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding property availability, terms, and conditions.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and strategies to attract potential buyers.
Skills Needed: The ability and desire to sell.
Minimum qualification: 12th Grade (Higher qualifications such as graduation or post-graduation are desirable but not mandatory).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Well-groomed appearance and pleasant demeanor.
Willingness to work flexible hours and stand for extended periods.
Valid driver's license and access to own transportation preferred.
