Field Sales Officer

Job Summary

We are a multi-specialty hospital seeking a motivated Field Officer to support hospital marketing and business development activities. The role focuses on field visits, referral network development, patient lead generation, and community outreach to increase hospital visibility and patient footfall.

Key Responsibilities

·         Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and communities.

·         Develop and maintain referral partnerships to generate patient leads.

·         Promote hospital services, specialties, and health packages.

·         Support patient coordination, appointments, and follow-ups.

·         Assist in organizing outreach programs, health camps, and awareness activities.

·         Implement branding activities such as banners and pamphlet distribution.

·         Maintain records of referrals, leads, and daily activities.

·         Submit daily/weekly field reports and market feedback to management.

·         Identify new opportunities to increase hospital reach.

·         Represent the hospital professionally at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

·         Graduate preferred (Healthcare / Marketing background is an advantage).

·         1–3 years experience in hospital or healthcare field marketing.

·         Good communication skills.

·         Willingness to work in the field with targets.

·         Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
