We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Field Sales

Executive. The role involves direct interaction with potential customers, generating leads, and

driving sales through face-to-face engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approaching potential customers to promote and sell insurance products.

• Conducting meetings and presentations to explain product offerings.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.

• Providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Keeping records of sales activities and market feedback.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills and proficiency in Marathi.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.

• Willingness to travel locally and meet clients in person.

• Must have Driving License and a two-wheeler.
