Job Overview:
The MDC will drive secondary sales, demand generation, and retailer enrolment in the assigned region. This role involves building strong retailer relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly secondary sales targets.
Plan and execute demand generation activities
Identify and enroll new retailers monthly. Train and support retailers on product knowledge.
Reporting: Submit regular reports on sales, activities, and performance.
Qualifications:
