Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive at Paytm, you are the face of the company on the ground. Your primary mission is to expand Paytm's merchant network by onboarding retail shops, restaurants, and local vendors onto the Paytm ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of payment solutions like QR codes, Soundboxes, and EDC (Card) machines.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Onboarding: Identify and visit potential merchants to pitch Paytm’s digital payment products.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with existing merchants to ensure they are actively using Paytm services.
Deployment: Install QR codes and set up Soundboxes or POS terminals at merchant locations.
Training: Educate shopkeepers on how to use the Paytm Business app and handle digital transactions securely.
Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly sales targets for product installations and active merchant growth.
