Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and onboard merchants on Paytm’s platform.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and retailers.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve assigned sales targets in the designated territory.

• Provide training and support to merchants on using Paytm services.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).

• 0 to 1 year of sales or field experience (freshers are welcome).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Ability to work independently in the field.
