We are looking for a Field Sales Officer to join our team at Neurosuync AI Technologies. Our leading Product, Orayo.ai is poised to be launched into the market. It promises to enable housing societies and residential communities intelligently digitize and simplify routine activities related to society operations. The role requires candidates who are skilled in identifying, qualifying and building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
Below are the key responsibilities:
Plan, identify and approach Top and mid-tier residential societies and similar other potential entities aligned with applicability of Digital assistant app functionalities, for sales pitch and onboarding
Execute daily field visits to prospect and acquire new clients (Housing Societies, RWAs, Guest Houses, Townships)
Apply a hunter approach to consistently identify and pursue fresh business opportunities.
Meet and consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
Promote the application products/services by positioning value and addressing lenient requirements
Built, manage and retain strong client relationships while expanding the customer base
Arrange and lead business meetings, demos and client presentations
Write proposals, negotiate terms and close deals
Maintain accurate record of sales, revenue and invoices
Provide after sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Requirements:
Experience in Housing Community management or digital products to manage housing community activities (Security, Administration and Resident facing services) will be a big plus
Relevant experience will also includes handling sales and services, like home appliance sales and service, Facility management services etc for housing society residents.
Strong hunter mentality with the drive to exceed sales target
Proven consultative sales skills- ability to listen, diagnose and provide solutions
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
High self-motivation and willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based role
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
Ability to work 6 days a week, with extensive client-facing activities
