Key Responsibilities
• Visit existing and potential farmers within the assigned territory
• Demonstrate Fasal’s smart agriculture solutions and explain product benefits
• Generate leads and achieve sales conversion targets
• Build strong relationships with farmers and channel partners
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain sales records
• Gather competitor and market insights from the field
• Support product adoption and customer engagement activities
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Agri-inputs, Irrigation, Automation, or related sectors
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture
Knowledge of IoT, farm automation, or irrigation systems is an added advantage
Strong communication skills in local language
Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory
Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license
