About the Role

We are hiring energetic Sales Officers to expand Gwal Spices' retail presence across Hyderabad. The role focuses on retailer onboarding, order booking, merchandising, secondary sales, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retailers daily within the assigned territory.

• Generate secondary sales and achieve sales targets.

• Onboard new retailers. Revisit outlets every fortnight

• Book orders, reorders and ensure timely follow-up.

• Execute merchandising activities instore & Check Inventory level

• Conduct HORECA prospecting visits.

• Maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.

• Collect market intelligence and competitor information.

• Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR).

Daily / Weekly Targets

• 25–30 productive retail calls per day

• 8–10 new retailer activations per week

• 12–15 productive bills per day

• 3–5 HORECA visits per day

• 100% DSR submission

• 100% merchandising compliance in assigned outlets

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / PUC with FMCG sales experience.

• 1–3 years of General Trade sales experience preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with Hyderabad retail market is an advantage.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Salary

Up to ₹ 30,000 + Variables + Incentives + Travel Allowance
