Field Sales Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Officer to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and support market expansion. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers through field visits, calls, and follow-ups

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

• Promote company products/services and explain features and benefits clearly

• Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities

• Prepare sales reports and update customer data regularly

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation

• Willingness to travel/field work (if applicable)

• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience in field sales or direct customer interaction

• Familiarity with MS Office / CRM tools

• Local market knowledge
