Key responsibilities:
Customer Service and Relationship Management: Act as the single point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and service needs to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products to existing customers based on their financial goals.
Lead Generation: Generate appointments by contacting existing customers from a provided database of "Book of Relations" (BoR).
Financial Planning: Provide financial planning assistance by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
Performance Management: Meet and exceed sales targets for premium collection, case rate, and customer retention.
Compliance: Adhere to all company rules and regulations regarding sales, compliance, and customer service.
