BECO is seeking a target-driven Sales Officer to increase sales, expand market reach, and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
•Drive secondary sales through distributor network
•Manage distributors, retailers, and key customers.
•Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage and ensure beat-wise market coverage
•Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising.
•Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activities.
•Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payments.
•Submit sales reports and market updates.
•Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
•Graduate preferred.
•At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG / consumer goods.
•Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•Target-oriented with good market knowledge.
•Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
•Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
