Field Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an aggressive and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding distribution, and enhancing brand visibility in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets and expand distribution network in assigned territories.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

3. Conduct market visits, surveys, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

4. Implement sales strategies, promotions, and schemes to drive sales growth.

5. Ensure product availability, visibility, and display at retail points.

6. Manage and resolve customer complaints and queries.

7. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.

8. Provide market feedback and insights to inform business decisions.

9. Meet and exceed sales targets, achieving monthly/quarterly/annual objectives.

10. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases.
