About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Field Survey & Volunteer Executive to conduct door-to-door surveys, collect public feedback, register and coordinate volunteers, and document complaints and concerns from the field.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with people, travelling within assigned areas, and accurately recording information.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door surveys in assigned areas and collect accurate information from residents.

• Interact with residents professionally and gather their feedback, opinions, concerns, and suggestions.

• Record and report complaints and public issues identified during field visits.

• Conduct regular field visits across assigned locations and maintain daily activity reports.

• Identify and engage potential volunteers for outreach activities.

• Assist in volunteer registration, coordination, and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate records of survey responses, complaints, feedback, and volunteer details.

• Escalate important public issues and complaints to the concerned team for further action.

• Coordinate with the field and campaign teams to ensure smooth execution of assigned activities.

• Participate in awareness, outreach, and community engagement activities as required.

• Meet daily/weekly field visit and survey targets.

• Ensure all collected information is genuine, accurate, and properly documented.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with door-to-door interaction and field work.

• Ability to communicate confidently with people from different backgrounds.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and Google Forms/Sheets or similar survey tools.

• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a field team.

• Good observation, reporting, and follow-up skills.

• Prior experience in field surveys, customer feedback, social work, political campaigns, NGO outreach, or volunteer coordination will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
