We are looking for a Field Sales Officer to join our team at Ignite Polymers Industries. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and prospects of growth.
Key responsibilities
1.Sales and business development
2.Generate leads and identify potential customers for the company's products, such as AAC block adhesive and tile adhesives.
3.Develop and implement channel sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
4.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
5.Client relations and support
6.Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients.
7.Handle customer service inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
8.Present products to customers and negotiate contracts and pricing.
9.Prepare detailed and accurate sales reports for management on a regular basis.
10.Utilize CRM software and MS Office applications to track sales activities and manage customer data.
11.Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
12.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
13.Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into customers and maintaining a pipeline of prospects.
14.Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
15Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
16. Negotiate terms of sale and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
17.Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to address customer needs and inquiries.
18. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the sales team.
19. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
20.Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Job Requirements:
