Roles & Responsiblities :

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify, form, and manage borrower groups for group loan products

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with group members

• Conduct regular group meetings and center meetings

• Educate clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial discipline

Portfolio & Collection Management

• Monitor loan utilization and repayment behavior

• Ensure timely collections and follow-up on overdue accounts

• Maintain high portfolio quality and control delinquency levels

• Handle early warning signals and support recovery efforts

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)

• 1–4 years of experience in group lending, microfinance, or retail loans

• Freshers with strong field aptitude may be considered

Work Conditions

• Extensive fieldwork and travel within assigned area
