Major Responsibilities:
Sourcing NTB customers: Source new customers through the open market, walk-ins, and references, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential customers.
Account Activation: Activate accounts within the stipulated time (6 working days), ensuring the timely completion of account opening processes.
Coordination: Coordinate with required teams and customers to ensure smooth account activation,
providing excellent customer service and support.
Schedule Meeting: Schedule meetings with potential new customers/business owners, ensuring timely completion of data collection processes.
Major Deliverables:
Accurate/Complete Data Submission: Submit accurate and complete data, ensuring compliance with organizational procedures and timelines.
Sourcing Customers: Meet with prospects, understand their needs, generate leads, and follow up on interested prospects to convert them into customers.
Application Form Filling: Fill out application forms for interested customers, verify KYC documents, and analyse customer business and needs to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
Timely Login: Log in application forms on time with complete documentation and initial payment, ensuring compliance with organisational procedures and timelines.
Schedule Visit: Schedule visits to customers on time for activation, ensuring the timely completion of account opening processes. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy and productive pipeline for business, ensuring a steady flow of potential customers and opportunities.
Log in to Conversion Ratio: Ensure the login to conversion ratio is maintained at 70%, monitoring and optimising conversion rates.
Operational Front:
Daily Team Hurdle: Attend daily morning team meetings, discussing targets, strategies, and performance
Daily Schedule Clarity: Get clarity on daily schedules and targets, prioritizing tasks and activities.
