Job Title: Business Development Leader (Team Leader – Field Sales)

Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Leader (BDL) to join our team for the Google Pay process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in field sales and team handling, preferably in the fintech domain.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs).
● Drive on-ground sales activities including shop-to-shop visits to pitch Google Pay QR codes and Soundbox to merchants.
● Ensure successful installation of QR codes and sound pods for interested merchants.
● Work on provided revisit data – Revisit locations where QR codes were previously installed but are currently inactive and reactivate merchant engagement.
● Train, motivate, and guide the FSE team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
● Monitor performance and ensure proper reporting and updates from team members.
● Build strong relationships with merchants and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidate Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales and team management.
● Strong understanding of sales techniques and merchant acquisition.
● Self-starter with the ability to build and manage a team of 8–10 FSEs.
● Fintech experience preferred (especially with digital payments or QR-based systems).
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Must own a bike for field mobility
