Role Overview

Hosperia Hospitality is seeking a highly professional, dynamic, and performance-driven Field Sales Officer to expand our presence across the HORECA sector, including luxury hotels, catering companies, restaurants, cafés, banquet venues, and corporate hospitality spaces.

This role requires a confident individual with strong business acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with decision-makers and senior management to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies across hotels, caterers, cafés, restaurants, and hospitality groups.

• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients through field visits, networking, and industry relationships.

• Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrate Hosperia Hospitality’s tableware, buffetware, and hospitality solutions.

• Build strong relationships with Executive Chefs, Purchase Managers, F&B Directors, and Top Management.

• Negotiate commercial terms and confidently close high-value deals.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Represent the brand professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.

• Coordinate internally with operations and management to ensure smooth order execution.

Experience & Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in HORECA, hospitality supplies, F&B, or B2B field sales.

• Prior experience dealing with hotels, caterers, or restaurant chains will be an advantage.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai and surrounding regions.
