Job Summary:

As a Sales Officer at HDFC Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth through direct customer interaction, lead generation, and product selling. Your role will primarily involve acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through field visits, references, and cold calls.

• Promote and sell financial products such as:

  • Home Loans

  • Loan Against Property

  • Personal Loans

  • Life & General Insurance

  • Fixed Deposits, etc.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions.

• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for processing of applications.

• Maintain a healthy relationship with customers and ensure after-sales service.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.

• Participate in marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales activities.

• Provide daily sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
