Job Description

Looking for Field sales candidate for the PUNE location.

Key Responsibilities- Sales Executive/Manager •

Lead Generation & Management: Proactively sourcing new leads, following up on inquiries, and managing a database of potential buyers. •

Property Showings: Conducting site visits and property viewings, highlighting key features to prospective clients . •

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating terms, pricing, and closing deals to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. •

Client Relationship Management: Providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and building long-term relationships. •

Market Research: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. •

Documentation: Assisting with necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation for smooth transactions.

Salary: 30000-50000 + Attractive Incentives

Travelling reimbursement will be done
