We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Officer – Gold Loan . The role involves sourcing gold loan business through field activities, handling customer interactions, and achieving assigned targets in the Secunderabad/Hyderabad region.

Key Responsibilities

Source Gold Loan business through field sales and branch catchment activities
Generate leads via walk-ins, referrals, local market visits, and tie-ups
Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment options to customers
Assess gold quality and weight as per company guidelines
Ensure proper KYC and documentation collection
Coordinate with branch/operations team for loan processing and disbursement
Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets
Maintain strong relationships with customers and local influencers
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
