Job Title: Sales Officer – Home Loans

Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented individuals to join us as Sales Officers – Home Loans. This role involves working with assigned outlets to establish tie-ups with nearby real estate companies and offering home loan products to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage partnerships with nearby real estate companies to drive home loan leads.

• Promote home loan offerings to potential customers referred by real estate partners.

• Convert leads into successful home loan applications and disbursals.

• Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.

• Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends to maximize conversions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred)

• Age Limit:

  • Freshers: Up to 25 years old (must be a recent pass-out or with a maximum 2-year academic gap)

  • Experienced: Up to 34 years old

Requirements:

• Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic understanding of home loans is an advantage (training will be provided for freshers)

Compensation & Benefits:

• PF (Provident Fund) applicable as per company norms
