·         Develop and execute strategies for agency channel development, tied channel sales, and direct channel sales.

·         Manage agent recruitment, training, and performance management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

·         Oversee insurance broking activities such as policy issuance and servicing.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective marketing campaigns.

·         Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

·         Strong understanding of agency channel development, tied channel sales, and direct channel sales principles.

·         Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with agents, customers, and internal stakeholders.

·         Ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions about product offerings and pricing strategies.

·         0-2 years of experience in life insurance industry or related field (agency management).
