Field Sales Officer

Designation: Financial Advisor (Personal Loan)

Location: Mahape - Navi Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote services

·         Should be able to explain the product and its benefits to the customers

·         Resolving customer queries

·         Customer follow up and feedback post initial interaction

·         Record customer and transaction details and obtaining customer information

·         Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers

Education and Experience:

·         The candidate should be from a Sales background and has very good written and verbal communication skills

·         Candidate must be a graduate from any stream

·         Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing

·         Candidates from banking and Personal Loan background are preferable

·         Proficiency in relevant computer applications
