Field Sales Officer

Job Title: Field Sales Agent – Resin

Job Purpose

To promote and sell resin products to plywood manufacturers, furniture units, and wood-processing industries by developing strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit plywood manufacturers, veneer units, furniture factories, and wood industries

• Promote company resin products (PF, UF, MUF, etc.)

• Generate new business and expand existing accounts

• Explain resin application, usage, and benefits to clients

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions (basic level)

• Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and demand trends

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with plant, dispatch, and accounts teams

• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments

• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience in resin / chemical / plywood raw material sales preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel extensively

• Two-wheeler mandatory

Experience

• 3+ years experience in the field sales and knowledge of product

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
