Field Sales Officer

• Minimum Requirement:

  • Fresh Graduate

  • Must own Android Smartphone and Laptop

  • Willing to make minimum 4 MSME visits/day (with or without confirmed appointments).

  • Roles & Responsibilities

    • Conduct onsite Bronze Surveillance Assessments as per ZED guidelines (mobile app + web module).

    • Capture required evidence: Assessor selfie in the morning 9:00 AM when start the work, at the end of day at 6:00 PM, site photos, product details, ESG checklist, document uploads.

    • Finalize assessments through ZED Web Module and validate NC closures within 24 hrs.

    • Convert Bronze MSMEs into Silver Certification by explaining benefits and supporting application process.

    • Maintain visit logs and upload all data in Google Sheets for tracking.

    • Ensure professionalism and timely reporting.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
