Field Sales Executive – Solar Sales
Location: Rajkot
Experience: 1–3 Years (Solar/Electrical sales preferred)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer visits, product presentations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits and referrals.
Meet residential/commercial customers and identify their solar requirements.
Explain solar products, pricing, ROI, and subsidy benefits.
Prepare quotations and close sales deals.
Coordinate with installation and technical teams.
Maintain customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally.
Experience in field sales is preferred.
Salary: Fixed Salary + Incentives + Travel Allowance.
