We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory. You will represent the company in the field and serve as the key point of contact between the business and its customers.
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Visit clients regularly and conduct face-to-face meetings to promote and sell products/services.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
