Position: Field Sales Officer – Affordable Mortgages

Products: Home Loans & Business Loans (LAP)
Location: Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in LAP / Affordable Housing Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate business for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through field sales activities
Source customers via DSA, connectors, builders, referrals, and direct field visits
Meet potential customers, explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation
Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Conduct local market surveys to identify new business opportunities
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory norms

Key Skills Required:

1 Year Experience in LAP
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of local property market
Ability to work independently in the field
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
