Core Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers, assist in finding merchandise, and offer recommendations based on needs.
Sales & Promotions: Cross-sell related items, introduce new promotions, and meet individual or team sales targets.
Cashier Duties: Accurately process payments, returns, and exchanges via the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Store Maintenance: Stock shelves, organize displays, and keep the sales floor clean and compliant with merchandising standards.
Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on feature details, benefits, and warranties of in-store products. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Key Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution abilities.
