Field Sales Officer

e are looking for a motivated and result-driven Block Sales Officer to manage sales activities within the assigned block. The candidate will be responsible for increasing product visibility, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and dealers.

• Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.

• Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.

• Ensure timely order booking and payment collection.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• 1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG or similar sector).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with local geography and market.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
