Field Sales Officer

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Officer to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients in the field, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail outlets, distributors, and customers to promote and sell products

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits

• Submit daily and weekly sales reports

• Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate

• 1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and travel extensively

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
